Vendor Compliance & Application Requirements
To maintain the high standards and global integrity of the AAF, every vendor must adhere to these universal requirements:
Commercial Activity License: Every vendor must possess a valid Commercial Activity License to operate on-site.
Mandatory Liability Insurance: Proof of valid liability insurance is required with every application to protect the festival and the vendor.
Food Safety Briefing: All food vendors are required to attend a mandatory pre-festival meeting to review health codes and site logistics.
Standardized Equipment: Vending spaces are restricted; vendors using tents or larger setups must coordinate for additional space to maintain safety clearances.
Secure Payment Protocol: Applications are only considered complete when accompanied by a U.S. Postal Money Order or Cashier’s Check.
