Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Eric combines strategic thinking with financial discipline, enabling him to design and lead large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.
He spent ten years as an Event Coordinator at Guinness Cameroun, where he managed project portfolios of up to $2 million. During this time, he played a key role in the execution of major events such as the Michael Power Festival, a flagship platform for promoting African talent, and PROMOTE, one of the largest economic and business forums dedicated to African enterprises.
A visionary and unifying leader, Eric Dassi brings together institutions, corporations, and creative talents around a shared ambition: to position Africa as a global cultural powerhouse through a platform of influence, innovation, and long-term impact.

Director of Operations & Logistics
Sarah L. Martinez
Sarah L. Martinez is an expert in international event operations, specializing in large-scale logistics, infrastructure coordination, and event security.
She holds a degree in Event Management from New York University and has successfully overseen events gathering tens of thousands of participants across the United States and Europe.
With a strong background in managing technical vendors, site planning, and safety compliance, she ensures that every operational aspect meets the highest international standards.
At AAF, she is responsible for transforming the festival into a seamless, secure, and fully operational experience, guaranteeing flawless execution from planning to delivery

Artistic & Programming Director
Kwame N. Mensah
Kwame N. Mensah is an internationally recognized Pan-African artistic director known for designing impactful, innovative, and culturally coherent programming.
He holds a degree in Arts and Cultural Management from University of the Arts London and has collaborated with major festivals across Africa, Europe, and North America.
His expertise spans artistic direction, talent curation, and high-level coordination with artists, speakers, and cultural stakeholders.
At AAF, he shapes the artistic identity of the festival, curates top-tier talent, and ensures a compelling and globally relevant program.

Business & Sponsorship Director
David K. Robinson
David K. Robinson is a business development and strategic partnerships expert with extensive experience in monetizing international events and building sustainable revenue models.
He holds a degree in Finance from University of Pennsylvania and has worked with corporations, investors, and global projects to secure funding and drive financial performance.
Specializing in sponsorship strategy, corporate partnerships, and revenue generation, he has contributed to multi-million-dollar fundraising initiatives.
At AAF, he leads all revenue streams, ensuring the financial viability of the festival through sponsorship acquisition, commercial partnerships, and premium offerings.

Director of Marketing and Communication
Nada Kehila
is a dynamic leader who serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Afro Africans Festival (AAF), where she orchestrates strategic marketing campaigns, media relations, and multi-channel communication networks to drive global brand growth and international audience engagement. In addition to shaping the festival’s public message and digital media strategy, Nada manages core administrative operations and compliance workflows behind the scenes and managing the vital system infrastructures necessary for flawless project execution

Strategic Consultant
Dr. Charles Keutcha, DBA
Dr. Charles Keutcha serves as Strategic Consultant for the Afro Africans Festival (AAF), bringing a strong international profile spanning Africa and the United States. As an international entrepreneur and FIFA-licensed football agent, he represents a new generation of leaders building bridges between markets, cultures, and global opportunities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from George Mason University and an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Strayer University. He recently completed a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Strategy and Innovation at Walden University.
With over ten years of experience in multinational environments such as Barry Callebaut, The Coca-Cola Company, and United Airlines, he has developed strong expertise in strategy, operations, and business development.
As the founder of Ahctuek Inc., he leads a diversified holding company active in consulting, import-export, sports management, and international business development. He has also contributed to major initiatives such as the U.S.-Africa Infrastructure Conference organized by the Corporate Council on Africa and platforms like Afri Festival.
Within AAF, he provides strategic guidance on positioning, partnerships, and growth, contributing to the structuring and international expansion of the festival.

Valery Dzeitchie
Valery Dzeitchie is an internationally acclaimed pianist, composer, director, and award-caliber producer whose career as a music director and creative executive spans over two decades. Recognized for his versatility and artistic leadership, he has established himself as a leading figure in global music and audiovisual production.
He has collaborated with top-tier artists such as Wyclef Jean, Fally Ipupa, Manu Dibango, P-Square, Viviane N’Dour, DJ Arafat, and Eddy Kenzo, while also producing content for international advertising campaigns, films, and television projects—seamlessly blending African identity with global standards.
As the Founder and CEO of Vision One Media & Productions, based in Atlanta, he leads a full-service creative platform specializing in audiovisual production, live events, and technical services.
